What is QuickMetaWipe?▼
QuickMetaWipe is a free browser-based tool that removes metadata and AI fingerprints from your images. It strips EXIF, GPS, XMP, C2PA credentials, Stable Diffusion parameters, and AI generator signatures — all without uploading your images to any server.
Are my images uploaded to your servers?▼
Never. All processing happens entirely in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images never leave your device. Only your account info and usage count are stored in our database.
What types of metadata does QuickMetaWipe remove?▼
QuickMetaWipe removes: EXIF data (camera model, settings, timestamps), GPS location data, XMP and IPTC metadata, C2PA content credentials, Stable Diffusion generation parameters, AI generator signatures, and modifies pixel fingerprints to change the image hash.
What image formats are supported?▼
QuickMetaWipe supports JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF as input formats. You can export cleaned images as JPEG, PNG, or WebP.
Will cleaning my image reduce quality?▼
Minimal quality loss occurs since images are re-encoded through the browser canvas. You can control output quality (75%–95%) in the settings strip. The pixel modification adds imperceptible noise that changes the image fingerprint without visible quality loss.
Account & Limits
How many images can I clean for free?▼
Free accounts can clean 3 images per week. Your limit resets every 24 hours. Upgrade to Pro for 50 images/day and batch processing.
Do I need an account to use QuickMetaWipe?▼
No account is needed to use the free tier. However, creating a free account lets us track your daily usage accurately and makes it easy to upgrade to Pro whenever you need more.
When does my daily limit reset?▼
Your daily limit resets every day at midnight UTC. Free users get 3 images/week and Pro users get 50 images/day.

What does Pro include?▼
Pro includes 50 images/day (vs 3/week free), batch processing up to 50 images at once, and processing history saved to your account. All for $2/month.
How do I upgrade to Pro?▼
Go to the
Pricing page and click "Upgrade to Pro — $2/mo". You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. After payment, your account upgrades automatically within seconds.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?▼
Yes, cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No penalties or hidden fees.
Is there a money-back guarantee?▼
Yes! If you're not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.
Is my payment secure?▼
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your card details.
